Almost everyone has heard of the sauna, yet its history and meaning are surprisingly unknown. Since 1988 the academy has spread knowledge of good sauna culture, open to all who love the hot steam.

On the second Saturday of June we celebrate the sauna
Every year sauna friends gather in Kukkolaforsen for National Sauna Day. Bathing, sauna whisks, music and fellowship by the border river.
