Sauna Day 2021
The 24th National Sauna Day 2021 was moved to Saturday 14 August with a programme spanning the whole weekend. The number of participants was limited to a maximum of 50 in line with the Public Health Agency's recommendations.

Friday 13 August at 17:00: visit to the Cape East spa facility. Price SEK 350/person, dinner SEK 300. Sunday 15 August at 12:00: raft trip to Finnish Kukkola with sauna and barbecue at Risto's. Price SEK 650/person, max 25 participants. Option of white-water rafting, price SEK 550/person. Programme Saturday 14 August at Kukkolaforsen, National Sauna Day: 13:00 gathering, information and outdoor activity; 14:30 seminars and coffee; 16:00 sauna bathing in at least 8 different saunas and hot tubs; 18:30 outdoor dinner with grilled whitefish; 19:30 more sauna and a dip in the Torne River; 21:30 sauna sausages grilled. Evening entertainment with national fiddler Daniel Wikslund, "Come into the sauna". The seminar, sauna and dinner cost SEK 950/person.
