Sauna Congress 2022
The Swedish Sauna Academy attended the International Sauna Congress in Stuttgart, 24–27 October 2022, with five members of the board.
Congress in Stuttgart
The congress was held in connection with the Interbad sauna trade fair. There was a great deal to see at the fair, which filled three very large halls. At the congress itself our own sauna doctor lectured. He also appeared on morning TV from his hotel room in Stuttgart and spoke about the benefits of the sauna.
